Ideal option for solo travellers!
Points positifs : Great place, friendly staff, comfy bed and big room. Highly recommended!
Points négatifs : It is around 1.5 km from city centre, but if you are fit enough it is not a big deal to walk there. There is also a bus stop in front of the facility

Points positifs : Very nice host with a wife and child, very friendly and very accommodating with alot of helpful tips and advice for my first time in France
Points négatifs : Just the shutters on the windows didn't know how to open them should've asked but I didn't 🫠

Single traveling woman
Points positifs : the owner is wonderful, the room is very comfortable, clean, well-equipped. I highly recommend it. If I ever need accommodation, I will definitely check first whether this place is available.

Points positifs : It’s a private room, with shared bathroom and kitchen etc. If you just need an emergency place to sleep for the night, it does the job.
Points négatifs : It wasn’t the nicest place I’ve stayed. The bathroom wasn’t the best.

Beauvais trio
Points positifs : Comfortable and clean bed. Access to shower and kitchen. Use of fridge and cooking equipment. Able to come and go as we pleased. Host was friendly and helpful. 30 minute walk from Beauvais centre. The area, while residential, was pretty quiet. Local shop, bar, pizzeria within 10 minutes walk. Neighbourhood felt safe and friendly.
Points négatifs : Room was up several flights of stairs, not a problem for us but maybe an issue for those that have reduced mobility. Door lock was noisy and we worried about disturbing others of an evening.

Points positifs : Very friendly, welcoming,, safe and I could leave the door open.
Points négatifs : The flight was delayed, so I had to commute in the in the dark. The locals were very friendly and helped me to get a taxi and stayed with me until the taxi driver arrived. The taxi driver was very friendly too. It's a bit tricky to get to in the dark.

Points positifs : price, double bed,privacy,can use kitchen,can keep windows open kettle inside room.. helpful friendly staff. He takes me in Beauvais and Paris with own car ,show nice turistic places ..
Points négatifs : Was confused when to get in ,first time. , Asked neighbours for help to calling owner.that is floor 6 ,no lift.

Great host and lovely comfy room
Points positifs : Great host and his housemate! I can't thank them enough for welcoming me to the home. The host carried my case up to his apartment which was very generous, he also made me feel very relaxed after a very busy day and this was a last minute booking due to me missing my flight...fault on train line! He drove me to the airport very early 5am and collected my friend for train station, I can't thank him enough for this! So merci beaucoup! The room was lovely quiet warm and comfortable and good value! Highly recommended
Points négatifs : Abit of a walk from train station and up a hill but other than that, it was perfect!

Perché devo sentire le tue notizie? Io turista che paga, no spia.
Points positifs : Umanità del gestore, una mamma donna, il letto e i cuscini, comodissimo, la TV grande in stanza, una cucina ben fornita di tutto e abbastanza pulita. Il silenzio serale e non serale di tutta la zona piena di condomini e lavoratori veri. Un silenzio tranquillo e vero. Non voci o urla. No. Bene per me.
Points négatifs : Tutto ok. È al 4 piano senza ascensore. Lo dico per gli altri. Per me non è un problema vivere con la gente.
