Situation idéale pour découvrir Rouen

Points positifs : Le logement est géré par une conciergerie avec remise des clés sur place. Excellente localisation, proche du centre ville et dans un quartier très sympa. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking juste en bas de la rue (payant) et nous avons toujours trouvé des places disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet appartement si vous souhaitez visiter Rouen.

Points négatifs : L'appartement est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Cela ne nous a pas gêné mais c'est pour information car je ne me souviens pas l'avoir vu dans la description.

It was a wonderful stay: the town centre was close by with a lot of places of interest to see.

Points positifs : The location was excellent. It was in short walking distance from the old town. From the rear windows you could even see the towers of the cathedral and there is a view over a private garden and some rooftops of the old town. The apartment was bright, clean and well equipped. The bed in the main bedroom is very good. The back of the apartment was very quiet. So we had a good sleep. In the front is a bedroom with two single beds, the road in the front causes more noise, but with the windows closed it was not a problem. For our family of 3 it was rather spacious. The apartment has a few old features, like the beam next to the kitchen. It makes you feel part of the old town. There is no airconditioning, but the climate inside the apartment was never too warm, because it is a solid old building. We were there during a few hot days in august. Communication with the lessor was very well.

Points négatifs : For elderly persons the winding stairs to the appartment which was at the 3rd (?) floor could be more difficult. It is an old building. Parking in the street before the building needs some attention, it is not free during daytime and you must set a timer to remind you to set the parkingtime for another few hours. A users guide for the induction cooking plate would have been handy. But the person who handed us the keys was so friendly to come along to help us.

Points négatifs : Could do with a tv in living area.

Points positifs : Es un precioso apartamento amplio y muy bien equipado. Está muy bien situado. Todo estaba muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto

Points négatifs : La llave iba mal y era complicado abrir y cerrar

Points positifs : Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, także kuchnia, bardzo przestronne, wygodne, niezależność wejścia.

Points négatifs : Warto naprawić zamek w drzwiach do łazienki z przedpokoju. W pokoju z dwoma łóżkam brak krzesła , szafy, choćby małego stolika. Dla osób z trudnościami w poruszaniu się ważna jest informacja o schodach, 57 schodów, kręta klatka schodowa- choć bardzo piękna.

Points négatifs : Era un tercero sin ascensor y el exterior del apartamento estaba sucio. Dentro, todo perfecto
