Points positifs : Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les restaurants .quartier calme. Appartement très propre. Le propriétaire très sympathique et disponible à répondre aux questions. Propreté impeccable. Appartement spacieux. Nous avons passé un agréable Noël.

Points négatifs : Honnêtement il n'y avait rien de négatif pour nous.

Parfait pour un week-end en famille

Points positifs : l'espace et l'agencement de l'appartement, l'accueil avec des petites attentions

Points négatifs : l'accès au parking est très délicat, c'est un point négatif si on a un gros véhicule, je n'étais pas préparé ! Sinon pas de souci puisqu'il y a deux places lorsqu' on y est.

Points positifs : Appartement très grand pour 6 à 8 personnes sans problème Propriétaire à l’écoute et bienveillant 2 salles de bain dont une avec baignoire grandes chambres. Explication très simple et clair pour récupérer les clés Superbe expérience

A really good choice for a group, and has everything you need.

Points positifs : The building and car park was secured and safe. It was approx 15 mins walk for the main old town part of Rouen which was fine for us, and easy to do. It was a good sized apartment with plenty of living space for our group of 6 adults, 3 couples. And having two bathrooms with the two toilets also separate was a good set up. Kitchen has everything needed. The owner was very communicative and gave all details needed, and also allowed us a slightly earlier check in. Very helpful communications.

Points négatifs : Like all cities, some areas are more picturesque than others. This was a little further from the pretty part of the city - but the price reflected that so cannot complain - central would have been more expensive. One of the beds probably due a new mattress (the double on the ground floor) but others were comfortable. But these were minor points overall, and would recommend.

Points positifs : We rented this duplex because it was close to our office, although it was bigger than what 2 persons would have needed. It is a duplex, with an interior staircase. Downstairs there is the living room and the kitchen (open space), a large bathroom, a separate WC and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs there is another bathroom with a separate WC, one bedroom and an open space arranged as a children bedroom. Very well equipped and nicely decorated with some lovely hand painted rocks. Also we found a complimentary bottle of cider. The owner was permanently in contact on WhatsApp, he gave us perfect instructions where to find/leave the keys and easy to communicate with since he speaks perfect English.

Points négatifs : The apartment was cold when we arrived. We communicated immediately the problem to the owner who said that he has remote control to the heating system and after a few hours, when we returned to the apartment from the city center, the bedrooms and bathrooms were heated, but the living room and kitchen area was still cold. That being said we had a very good stay and we would rent again anytime.

Points positifs : Appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Ruim en 3 slaapkamer voor 2 personen en een aparte kinderslaapgedeelte. Ook 2 toiletten en badkamers Voldoende handdoeken en gastvrij ontvangst met een attentie

Points négatifs : Bank is aan vervanging toe (beetje doorgezakt) en de parkeergarage is voor grote auto\
