Appartement atypique de très bon standing avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
Points positifs : Un très bel appartement dans lequel on se sent bien, la propreté ainsi que le confort nous ont vraiment plu et les informations mises à notre disposition sont claires et faciles à suivre. Tout était fait pour nous accueillir correctement. Excellent rapport qualité prix mais surtout une location de qualité.

Appartement Idéal pour un court ou long séjour !
Points positifs : - Très bon contact avec la propriétaire (qui est très gentille) - Emplacement Idéal en plein centre - Calme, on entend pas la rue comme il est au 4e étage (indiqué dans l’annonce biensur) - Appartement très propre et cosy - Bien équipé - Bien chauffé - Literie Confortable - Très bon rapport qualité-prix - Dosettes lave vaisselle et machine à laver disponibles - Thé et café disponibles Une agréable surprise !

Tout confort et beau, pratique pour 1 à 2 nuits.
Points positifs : Emplacement zone piétonne et commerçante vieux Rouen. Immeuble de charme ancien. Appartement tout rénové avec goût. Nous ne manquons de rien. Système de récupération de clé pratique, tout confort.
Points négatifs : Les vue sur touts et cœur intérieure, sale et moche. La fenêtre sur rue toute petite. La seule du salon, on s attent étant au dernier étage à plus grand mais pas vraiment de choix ! Il manque 1 bouteille eau dans le frigo pour accueil, minimum vital pour moi. Être virés à 11h05 comme des resquilleurs par les dames du ménage qui vous regarde fermer.votre sac dans l entrée de l appart. Très malaisant, j ai détesté ce service. Même pas proposé attente à l entrée de l'immeuble, il y avait pas 1 heure de ménage, nous n avons rien touché à part le lit, la douche, 1 nuit. Limite.

Anyone who can cope with the stairs will love this apartment
Points positifs : Very well appointed apartment with lots of space and all of the equipment that one could ask for. Very well maintained.
Points négatifs : The problem for some people could be the fact that it is on the fourth floor with no lift. Best to travel light and not come and go to often - especially in the heat.

Fransk charm både in-och utvändigt
Points positifs : Charmig och rofylld lägenhet i gamla stan. Perfekt läge, nära till allt. Den var fint och praktiskt inredd, med omsorgsfulla detaljer, så som sötsak till kaffet, karaff med vatten i kylen. Trevligt skrivna instruktioner för allt man behövde veta om sängarna, in-och utcheckning.
Points négatifs : Mycket svårt / omöjligt att komma till i närheten med bil. Svårt att få gatuparkering även på lite längre avstånd. Fick till slut efter 1 timmas cirkulerande 500 m bort. Lägenheten ligger på 5 våningen utan hiss. Känns ej helt säkert ur brandsäkerhetssynpunkt.

Points positifs : Alt!! Lejligheden er, som beskrevet og på billedet, meget ren! Det er tydeligt, at denne bolig er meget velholdt. Alt er gennemtænkt. Sengene og sofaen er meget komfortable, bruseren er fremragende. Toilettet er også godt, at det er separat. Køkkenet har alt, hvad vi har brug for,. Information af forskellig art er klistret på væggene, døren og bordet, hvilket er meget praktisk. Sengelinnedet er rent og behageligt. Jeg fandt lejligheden lige i byens centrum. Det er et stort plus. For at gøre det nemmere at finde indgangen til bygningen, fungerer apoteket og den lysebrune indgangsdør som vartegn.
Points négatifs : Det kan godt være, at det bare er på 4. sal, op ad en smal trappe med bagage, men det er en mindre detalje.

Fantastic centrally located apartment!
Points positifs : My husband and I stayed in this great apartment for one month. So, this review is based on a long stay. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, plates cutlery etc. I was quite pleased with a dishwasher. Despite being right in old town the apartment was extremely quiet. There is a great cafe right across the pedestrian zoned street. Extra bedding and towels were provided without me having to ask. We were allowed to check in early and check out late. Chantal is a great host. All directions were clear and check in was easy. This is a great apartment , we will stay again if we return to Rouen.

Buon soggiorno
Points positifs : Appartamento stupendo, ottima pulizia. Posizione centralissima. Per chi arriva in macchina: Si può utilizzare il parcheggio in pieno centro vicino alla struttura.
Points négatifs : Appartamento al 4 piano senza ascensore e con un accesso poco chiaro. Tanto è bello l'appartamento quanto triste l'accesso dalla strada che sembra abbandonato.
