Points positifs : Très bonne expérience. L appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la cathédrale. Il est, par ailleurs, très bien équipé (notamment pour y séjourner avec un bébé), propre et joliment décoré. La communication avec Marjorie a été très fluide. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Points positifs : - L'emplacement : proximité avec de nombreux points d'intérêt touristiques et quartier commerçant - La gentillesse des hôtes, la communication et l'accueil - L'appartement est très beau, propre et super bien équipé - Family friendly avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un enfant en bas âge (rehausseur, lit, vaisselle...)

Points négatifs : - Par moments, il faisait un peu frais dans les parties communes - Un plan indiquant les bennes les plus proches par type de déchets pourrait être utile

Points positifs : Un accueil très sympathique. Une propriétaire aux petits soins pour mes filles et moi. Nous avons aimé le goût des détails, l'emplacement et la vue magnifique sur la Cathédrale.

Points négatifs : Rien, si ce n'est juste pas Internet mais tant mieux, au final puisque cela nous a permis de nous déconnecter.

Trois jours en plein centre-ville avec un large choix d’activités et de restaurants

Points positifs : Très bel endroit, confortable et fonctionnel. En plein centre de Rouen, l’appartement est idéalement placé pour visiter la ville à pied. L’appartement est dans un immeuble très calme. En arrivant, nous avons été très bien accueillies et nos hôtes ont été très accommodantes et se sont adaptées à nos besoins. L’appartement en parquet est très joliment décoré et des informations sur la ville nous ont été mises à disposition.

Points positifs : The apartment was well located near transport, shops etc the owner was welcoming, she gave local information and clear on instructions, and made you feel it was your home away .

Points négatifs : Nothing it was excellent.

Points positifs : Cozy, clean and well-equipped apartment in a great location, very close to the center. Landlady is very willing, beds are comfortable (3 beds available) and thanks to good windows there is no noise from the street below. View from the terrace is towards the spike of cathedral. Apartment is placed on the 5th floor, lift is available all the time. Bus stop is few meters from the door of the building. Supermarkets, cool bakery and excellent marketplace are several minutes by walk from the apartment. Strongly recommend this comfortable apartment.

Points négatifs : No wifi available, unfortunatelly, but is was mentioned in the equipment information, so no surprise.

A charming calm place in the very heart of Rouen

Points positifs : I had a fabulous stay in Rouen! The location of the apartment could not be better - very close to the Cathedral, just 2 minutes, so everything can be reached by foot. In spite of being in the historic center the apartment is very calm, and the view from the balcony is just awesome. The communication with Marjorie, my host, was absolutely fantastic and the check-in was very easy. She met me personally and prepared all the necessities, including toiletry, water, tea and coffee. The apartment is on the top floor with fantastic views and is renovated with lots of taste and style, it is immaculately clean and really very-very beautiful and light. There is absolutely everything you need, including a nice collection of books. The nearest supermarket is just about 2 minutes walk, the Rouen metro - 4 minutes and you have some nice restaurants nearby. All Marjorie’ s recommendations were excellent. I fully recommend the place and really hope to be back.

Points positifs : roomy appartment, very comfortable beds, well equipped for short stays and with balcony views. short tram ride to train station or walkable with luggage if you are capable.
