Points positifs : On se sentait chez un ami, déco et confort très sympa

Points négatifs : Il faudrait annoncer tout de suite que ce charmant appartement est au 3e étage sans ascenseur... C'est vraiment raide quand vous êtes accompagnés de votre maman de +80 ans. En plus on est averti que lorsque le paiement est effectué...

Points positifs : L’appartement est très bien situé entre plage et port et à deux pas des restaurants, de la rue commerçante et du grand marché du samedi et en même temps l’emplacement est très calme. L’appartement n’est pas aseptisé, nous avons vraiment l’impression d’être à la maison

Séjour agréable en famille malgré la pluie.....

Points positifs : L appartement est idéalement situé......près du centre ville, de la mer et du port.

Points négatifs : Peu de pression d eau dans la douche.... (En cherchant vraiment quelque chose à dire car l appartement est top.....)

Six of us stayed and we all thought the apartment and location were wonderful and kitted out well.

Points positifs : Location was amazing, 5 minutes from the town centre and 10 minutes from the sea front. 2 minutes from the harbour restaurants with a really good food choice. Apartment was immaculate and the owner had obviously thought carefully about how to present the property. Bright and airy and very quiet even though it was the near the centre of town.

Points négatifs : Only a couple of small points that some of our party noted. It's a third floor apartment so if you don't like stairs you might struggle and a couple more pillows on each of the beds...

Charming apartment in a premium location.

Points positifs : This is a gorgeous apartment in a premium location: close to bars, restaurants, shops, the beach, and a short walk to the castle and Le Pollet. Extremely convenient for the DFDS ferry to Newhaven and even more so once the bridge reopens! There is plenty of free parking available, but a little distance away. The rooms are charmingly furnished and there are sufficient places to sit comfortably for up to five people.

Points négatifs : Nothing. It was perfect!

Delightful, well situated apartment.

Points positifs : Great location, well equipped, lovely homely feel.

Points négatifs : Because it was an old apartment the stairs and floorboards were creaky. Normal in an older building. Lots of steps to climb up so it’s not suitable for those with accessibility or fitness issues.

Points positifs : A very comfortable, well equipped and perfectly located appartment.

Points négatifs : Parking was fine for us but it might be a challenge in busier periods.

Points positifs : De locatie is top! Tussen de haven en de zee in. Ruime kamers, prima bedden.

Points négatifs : Als je in t weekend aankomt is parkeren een uitdaging. We hebben bij de locatie spullen gelost en daarna in een p-garage geparkeerd op nog geen 10 minuutjes lopen, dus ook zo opgelost.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung mit Flair

Points positifs : Die hervorragende Lage zwischen Hafen und Meer, die gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, der Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt. Bequeme Betten und gute Ausstattung der Küche. Sehr schnelles W-LAN. Jederzeit wieder!

Points négatifs : Die Parksituation war während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr schwierig. Zwar gibt es hunderte Gratisparkplätze, doch diese waren in der Regel alle belegt. In der Wohnung gibt es weder Kleiderschrank noch Garderobe. Im Badezimmer war die Verfügbarkeit von heißem Wasser nicht immer gewährleistet. Die hölzerne Treppe mit 60 Stufen in die 3. Etage ist nicht für jeden geeignet.
