Points positifs : L'emplacement du Studio, la propreté des lieu. Je tiens à souligner la gentillesse de notre hôte ainsi que la facilité avec laquelle nous avons communiquer

Points négatifs : Rien tout était parfait

Points positifs : Emplacement très sympa du studio juste en face d'un immense parc ! Stationnement un peu compliqué en fonction des heures, mais globalement aucun problème. Situé dans une impasse, donc calme parfait. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires.

Points négatifs : En fait rien à l'exception de l'escalier qui est très étroit et assez raide...mais on s'habitue vite aux 17 marches.😊

Visite à Amiens

Points positifs : Le studio est décoré avec goût, bien équipé et propre. Le parc, de l'autre côté de la rue est un plus. A 10 mn de l'arrêt de bus pour aller en centre ville (Bus N1). A 15 MN en voiture des Hortillonnages (Les Jardins vertueux). Le stationnement gratuit dans les rues adjacentes.

Points négatifs : Les 2 points négatifs : premièrement les escaliers, beaucoup trop étroits et pentus. A déconseiller aux personnes ayant des problèmes pour monter et descendre les escaliers. Ne pas avoir de grosses valises. Le 2ème point négatif est le matelas du clic clac, beaucoup trop fin pour 2 personnes.

Points positifs : Location next to park was great. Nice bathroom. Fan and Air-con

Points négatifs : The sofa bed was tricky to manage but ok in the end

Points positifs : Communications with hosts was excellent. Information was provided in both English and French.

Points positifs : Nieduże mieszkanko na poddaszu, z dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym, ładny widok za oknem, spokojna dzielnica, w pobliżu park. Blisko do centrum, restauracji, sklepów. Dobre miejsce wypadowe. Miła właścicielka.

Points négatifs : Niestety obiekt nie dysponuje prywatnym miejscem parkingowym, pomimo, że taka informacja była w ofercie. Wybraliśmy go m.in. tym się kierując. To było rozczarowujące, kiedy dowiedzieliśmy się, że trzeba parkować przy publicznej ulicy. Trochę zniechęca spory depozyt (7 dni do dyspozycji właścicieli, w sytuacji gdy byliśmy tam 2 dni). Bardzo wąska klatka schodowa, co utrudnia wnoszenie bagaży.

Very helpful host, spotlessly clean and comfortable studio apartment close to Amiens town centre.

Points positifs : Booked on the night of arrival, the host was very helpful and we gained entry to the studio less than two hours after booking. The studio is compact, but it was spotlessly clean throughout. The kitchen area was fully stocked with utensils and crockery, the shower (over the bath) was excellent and the pull-out bed was comfortable as both a bed and as a sofa. The location was quiet and within easy walking distance of Amiens town centre. Ideal for a short stay in our opinion, we'd be happy to return if we were in the area in the future.

Points négatifs : The two flights of stairs leading to the studio are narrow and steep.
