Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Points positifs : Emplacement impeccable pour visiter la ville, disponibilité de l'hote.

Points négatifs : Manque quelques équipements pour un séjour plus long, comme (chauffage salle de bain, four cuisson, quelques ustensiles de cuisine).

Notre séjour nous a ravi !

Points positifs : L'appartement était plus spacieux que les photographies le laissaient supposer. Nous étions proches du centre et tout était accessible, sur le plan pratique (gare, supermarchés, marchés, magasin bio...) comme touristique (hortillonnages, cathédrale, beffroi...). Il a fait un temps pluvieux mais même dans ces conditions Amiens était une ville très agréable. Le logement pourrait avoir un inconvénient, on entend occasionnellement les voisins du dessus et la porte d'entrée est parfois claquée, mais il est remarquable que cela ne nous ait posé aucun problème, car il semblerait que les voisins soient très attentifs à ne pas déranger.

Points négatifs : Avec quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires tels qu'une râpe à fromage ou une grande cuillère en bois... mais bon ce sont de tout petits détails.

Well located ground floor apartment but has maintenance issues and very high unsafe step into shower

Points positifs : Large , well located with attractive interior ( don’t be put off by exterior) ground floor apartment with effective noise dulling windows and electric blinds.Lovely wooden floors .

Points négatifs : Let me start by saying this is our 38 th stay in an apartment on this trip .We had a 6 night stay , There is a 30 cm step into the shower base ( no slip mat ) and no hand rail, we asked for a non slip mat as it clearly is a safety issue , however the response was that they didn’t have one and no one had ever complained about it before ! No solution offered , kitchen basic no saucepan lids ,faucet difficult to manage between scalding hot and cold , heated towel rail doesn’t work , 2 light bulbs not working.Dangerous sharp metal trim protruding from kitchen bench top ,after check out they sent a message requesting a 10 out 10 for the stay .

Points positifs : Good position,close to train station and town centre.Good facilities for self catering and washing of clothes.

Points négatifs : The bed was comfortable ,but the pillows were terrible.Quite a large step down from the shower which could be dangerous with wet feet.The lighting was very poor in the living area.Could be a top notch property with a bit of an upgrade.
